Description

The Pheasant bait, weighing 30 grams and measuring 25 centimeters with two size 6/0 hooks, is a specialized lure designed for pike fishing with spinning techniques in rivers and lakes, effective in depths from 0.5 to 5 meters. This lure can be worked just under the surface or allowed to sink deeper with the addition of a small lead weight.

Anglers can employ various techniques to present this lure, such as steady reeling to keep it under the surface or imparting more action with jerks and sharp tugs, making the lure bounce from side to side, simulating a live prey’s erratic movements. The more inventive the angler’s retrieval method, the more likely they are to provoke aggressive strikes from predatory fish.

The Pheasant lures is versatile enough for use in both river and lake environments, thriving amongst shallow, vegetation-rich spots, and deeper structural features like underwater hills and valleys where predators are known to patrol. Its wide body moves a significant volume of water, creating hydroacoustic waves that pike find irresistible. Its intense colors and movement pattern also serve to catch the eye of pike from a distance.

Constructed with a durable 1mm stainless steel wire frame and two exceptionally sharp 6/0 hooks that can withstand the demands of sea fishing, the Pheasant bait is built to last. The wire frame is bound with heavy threads and coated with UV resin for durability. Its head is crafted from polyurethane foam, painted, and then sealed with resin. The front part of the body is made from top-quality synthetic fur, rooster feathers, and deer hair, all tied securely with strong threads, while a 15cm rubber twister is attached to the rear hook.

This combination of materials and design features results in a Pheasant Wabik lure that pike find irresistible, increasing the angler’s chances of landing the most beautiful and elusive specimens.
