We offer Plastizol manufactured entirely in Poland, using the best possible “components.” For several years, we have been distributing the best materials for soft lure production; a huge amount of Plastizol has passed through our hands, and we have drawn conclusions from each individual case, which resulted in the creation of a blend we ourselves would love to work with. Fishmade Plastizol is characterized by the following properties:
- Operating temperature: 150–190 degrees Celsius (can easily withstand temperatures of 210–220 degrees)
- crystal clear
- doesn’t fart
- lack of sweating
- minimal smoke and odor
- great flexibility
- does not become cloudy when it comes into contact with water (so-called “water clouding”)
- it perfectly highlights every tiny detail
- Plastisol will be available in 5 hardness levels:
- Ultra Soft – a super-soft blend designed for ultra-light lures
- Extra Soft –a soft compound designed for lures ranging from 5 to 10 cm and larger
- Soft – designed for lures ranging from 8 to 15 cm and larger
- Medium –a mix designed for larger lures ranging from 14 to over 20 centimeters
- Hard –a classic marine blend made from salt-resistant material: Cod/Halibut
