Terms of Service for PheasantFlies.com

Warranty
All products sold by PheasantFlies.com are warranted to be free from defects for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not cover defects arising from normal wear and tear, intentional damage, accidents, negligence by you or any third party, improper use contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, or any alterations or repairs not authorized by us.
In the event of receiving damaged goods, you should notify PheasantFlies.com via telephone or email within seven days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy
PheasantFlies.com offers a 7-day cancellation period from the date of delivery. To qualify for this, the products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You must contact us within this period to inform us of your intention to return the goods. Do not return goods without prior contact. You will be responsible for return postage costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund.

Returns
For returns due to defective products, PheasantFlies.com will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns for reasons other than defects, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Delivery
Delivery is conducted through various postal services for smaller items and courier services for larger items. Please provide a correct delivery address and contact phone number. Orders are dispatched within two working days. We strive to deliver your order promptly.
Upon delivery, you are required to sign for the goods as ‘received in good condition’. If the package appears damaged, please sign as ‘DAMAGED’. If you cannot check the contents at the time of delivery, sign as ‘UNCHECKED’. This is important for any future warranty claims.

Ownership of Goods
Goods remain the property of PheasantFlies.com until full payment is received. Dispatch will occur only after payment clearance.

Out of Stock Items
If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer:
A) A similar item of equal or higher value. B) Placement of the item on backorder, to be shipped upon arrival. C) A full refund.

Website Errors
In case of errors in listing product prices, PheasantFlies.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
